ShahiEvent is a Ludhiana, Punjab-based event service provider specializing in:
- Catering services for weddings, parties, and corporate events

2. Use of Our Website
By accessing or using our website, you agree to:
- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Not use the website for any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities
- Not attempt to breach our website’s security or collect data without consent
All content on this site — including text, images, videos, and graphics — is owned or licensed by ShahiEvent. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Bookings and Quotes
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ShahiEvent.
- Quotations shared via email, phone, or form submission are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer or price before final confirmation.
To secure your booking, an advance payment (generally 30–40%) is required. The remaining balance is payable as per agreed terms before or immediately after the event.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or digital wallets.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned in your quotation).
- Failure to make payment within the agreed time may result in service cancellation or delay.
- In case of bounced cheques or failed transactions, additional charges may apply.
5. Cancellations and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change.
However, cancellations must follow these terms:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before event date: 75% refund of advance
- Cancellation 15–29 days before event date: 50% refund of advance
- Cancellation within 14 days of event date: No refund
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we may offer rescheduling instead of refunds, subject to mutual agreement.
6. Service Limitations
Please note that ShahiEvent does not provide full event management.
We focus on selected premium services — catering, photography, videography, decoration, makeup, and DJ services.
We may collaborate with trusted Ludhiana-based partners to deliver certain parts of your service, ensuring quality and reliability.
7. Menu and Food Handling
- Menu items are prepared using fresh ingredients and hygienic practices.
- We are not liable for allergic reactions unless specific allergies are disclosed in writing before the event.
- Leftover food handling is the client’s responsibility once delivered or served.
- Food tasting sessions, if offered, are subject to appointment and availability.
8. Photography, Videography, and Content Rights
- All photos and videos captured by ShahiEvent or its partners remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed.
- We may use selected images or clips for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless the client explicitly requests in writing not to.
- Raw, unedited photos/videos are not included unless mentioned in the package.
9. Makeup and Decoration Services
- Makeup services are provided using high-quality branded products.
- Clients are advised to share any skin sensitivities or allergies beforehand.
- Decoration styles and color schemes are subject to material availability.
- We aim to replicate agreed designs as closely as possible, but minor variations may occur.
10. DJ, Lighting, and Entertainment
- Sound and lighting setups must comply with venue and local authority guidelines.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for loud music or night events.
- ShahiEvent will not be liable for venue restrictions or power issues beyond our control.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate event details (venue, timing, number of guests, etc.)
- Ensure timely access to the venue for setup and preparation
- Obtain necessary venue permissions or licenses (if applicable)
- Maintain respectful behavior toward our staff and service partners
Failure to comply may result in service disruption or cancellation.
12. Limitation of Liability
ShahiEvent and its affiliates will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
- Issues caused by third-party vendors not contracted by us
- Client’s failure to disclose important event information
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
13. Force Majeure
ShahiEvent shall not be held liable for non-performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or transport disruptions.
In such cases, we may reschedule the event by mutual agreement.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on shahievent.com — including designs, images, logos, text, and videos — is the intellectual property of ShahiEvent.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.
15. Privacy Policy
Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
16. Modifications to Terms
ShahiEvent reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
